Wow! Drupal is getting a ton of recognition in the open source community. The Drupal project is a finalist in FIVE different categories of the SourceForge.net 2008 Community Choice Awards including:

• Best Project
• Best Project for the Enterprise
• Best Project for Educators
• Most Likely to Change the World
• Best Tool or Utility for Developers

The results are released on July 25th. Can't wait to see what comes out. (Interestingly, Joomla did not make the finalist for ANY of the categories. Given that SourceForge is THE home for open source projects, not sure what that means for Joomla).
